GELACTIVE NP 10-20 FLAKES is one of the new formulations born in our research centre in collaboration with universities, thanks to the development of our new patented process technology GEL ACTIVE FOAM®. This technology, acting on pressures and temperatures during the production process, particularly in the thermobaric hydrolysis phase, allows the protein molecule to release regular fractions of amino acid chains, ensuring a more regular release of organic protein nitrogen, further enhanced by the physical form of flakes measuring approximately 2 mm. GELACTIVE NP 10-20 FLAKES is an organo-mineral NP fertiliser obtained through a reaction between mineral components and organic protein matrices, formulated to ensure maximum protection of phosphates against insolubilisation, particularly in clay soils. GELACTIVE NP 10-20 FLAKES provides organic nitrogen with natural slow release, high phosphorus inputs, and a high percentage of organic matter. The technically balanced N/P ratio ensures proper nutrition during the early stages of the crop cycle, while the presence of organic nitrogen promotes regular and controlled growth, reducing the risk of leaching losses. The high quality of the organic matrices used in the formulation allows a reduction in fertiliser units, increasing nutrient use efficiency while simultaneously lowering management costs and reducing environmental impact. GELACTIVE NP 10-20 FLAKES is recommended for pre-sowing fertilisation of autumn–winter and spring cereals, and is optimally suited for the nutrition of sugar beet, sunflower, oilseed rape and sorghum, ensuring a consistent availability of nitrogen and phosphorus during the critical early stages of crop development. This formulation, like all those in the GELACTIVE FLAKES line, allows for a reduction of approximately 15-20% in application doses compared to a conventional pellet formulation, thanks to its improved agronomic efficiency.
