GELACTIVE NP 11-25 FLAKES is one of the new formulations born in our research centre in collaboration with universities, thanks to the development of our new patented process technology GEL ACTIVE FOAM®. This technology, acting on pressures and temperatures during the production process, particularly in the thermobaric hydrolysis phase, allows the protein molecule to release regular fractions of amino acid chains, ensuring a more regular release of organic protein nitrogen, further enhanced by the physical form of flakes measuring approximately 2 mm. GELACTIVE NP 11-25 FLAKES is an organo-mineral NP fertiliser obtained through a reaction between mineral components and organic matrices, aimed at stabilising and protecting phosphates from soil insolubilisation, thereby ensuring greater availability of the phosphorus over time. The main characteristics of GELACTIVE NP 11-25 FLAKES are: the presence of organic nitrogen at slow release, which ensure a gradual and constant release of the nitrogen and a progressive availability of the other nutritive elements; high level of phosphorous, both mineral and organic; high content of organic matter (15%), derived from different matrices of natural origin. This composition promotes a gradual release of nitrogen, increases the agronomy efficiency of fertiliser unit and improves the biological fertility of the soil. The high quality of the matrices used and the excellent agronomic efficiency of the formulation permit to obtain high level of the yields, with reduced management costs and a lower environmental impact, thanks to a more rational use of the elements. The fertiliser is recommended for basal and in pre-sawing application in cereals, as well during the establishment and the production phases of fruit trees and vineyards. It is also particularly suitable for localized application on sugar beet, especially in soil well supplied with available potassium. This formulation, like all those in the GELACTIVE FLAKES line, allows for a reduction of approximately 15-20% in application doses compared to a conventional pellet formulation, thanks to its improved agronomic efficiency.
