BIOAZOTO N 12 is an organic fertiliser with a high organic N content (N 12) based on scleroproteins with natural slow release, obtained by hydrolysis of raw materials at high pressure. It also contains iron (Fe) and magnesium (Mg) chelated to the organic matter, which promotes microbial biomass activity and contributes to improving the balance of humified organic matter. The mineralisation of organic nitrogen, which is influenced by soil factors such as texture, soil structure, water availability, ventilation and temperature, takes place over a period of between two-four months. In rice fields, nitrogen release times are prolonged due to periods of soil submersion. BIOAZOTO N 12 is highly effective for autumn and spring basal fertilisation in cereals. It is also suitable for top dressing in orchards and vineyards, with or without grass cover, to prevent and mitigate iron chlorosis and magnesium deficiency.
