GELACTIVE N 10 MIX FLAKES is one of the new formulations born in our research centre in collaboration with universities, thanks to the development of our new patented process technology GEL ACTIVE FOAM®. This technology, acting on pressures and temperatures during the production process, particularly in the thermobaric hydrolysis phase, allows the protein molecule to release regular fractions of amino acid chains, ensuring a more regular release of organic protein nitrogen, further enhanced by the physical form of flakes measuring approximately 2 mm. GELACTIVE N 10 MIX FLAKES is an organic formulation obtained through the combination of various protein matrices of animal origin. These selected raw materials provide a high content of organic nitrogen (N) with gradual release (approximately 3.5% from dried blood and 6.5% from hydrolysed hides and animal meal) and a significant supply of biologically active organic carbon (C). The exclusive formulation of GELACTIVE N 10 MIX FLAKES guarantees a gradual release of organic nitrogen, while ensuring that a portion is readily available in the first few weeks after application. The residual fraction of nitrogen, which is not subject to leaching thanks to the different nature of the organic matrices used, is progressively mineralised and made assimilable by crops over a period of 2-3 months, thus ensuring constant and prolonged nutrition over time. GELACTIVE N 10 MIX FLAKES is suitable for use in all phases of the growing cycle, both in autumn and spring, ensuring excellent adaptability to herbaceous and tree crops. These unique and distinctive characteristics in the category of organic nitrogen fertilisers make GELACTIVE N 10 MIX FLAKES a product with high performance, capable of combining prolonged nutritional efficiency and total conformity with organic farming regulations. This formulation, like all those in the GELACTIVE FLAKES line, allows for a reduction of approximately 15-20% in application doses compared to a conventional pellet formulation, thanks to its improved agronomic efficiency.
