GELACTIVE NP 3-3 FE-MG FLAKES is one of the new formulations born in our research centre in collaboration with universities, thanks to the development of our new patented process technology GEL ACTIVE FOAM®. This technology, acting on pressures and temperatures during the production process, particularly in the thermobaric hydrolysis phase, allows the protein molecule to release regular fractions of amino acid chains, ensuring a more regular release of organic protein nitrogen, further enhanced by the physical form of flakes measuring approximately 2 mm. GELACTIVE NP 3-3 Fe-Mg FLAKES is an organic fertiliser for specific use, formulated to provide essential nutrients such as iron and soluble magnesium, as well as organic nitrogen, phosphorus and sulphur, which are fundamental for balanced crop nutrition, in a single product. The iron, derived from ferrous sulphate, and sulphuric anhydride (SO₃) are highly assimilable by crops and, when used in basal fertilisation, contribute to improving production quality and partially acidifying the area where the fertiliser is applied. This effect promotes an increase in the Soil Cation Exchange Capacity (SCEC), optimising the availability and effectiveness of the nutrients administered. The significant presence of magnesium sulphate (from KIESERITE), which is completely soluble, has a synergistic effect with iron and sulphur, contributing to the overall improvement of the quality of horticultural and fruit production in terms of colour, taste and shelf life. The most interesting agronomic applications are in viticulture (both wine and table grapes), contributes to improving grape quality, promoting more intense and uniform colouring, enriching the aromatic profile and ensuring more balanced ripening of the bunches. The product is also particularly suitable for fruit crops, including new plantings, where it supports proper vegetative growth and improved soil nutritional efficiency. The product is particularly effective in horticultural crops, both in open fields and in protected cultivation, where GELACTIVE NP 3-3 Fe-Mg FLAKES shows high agronomic efficacy in promoting the starter effect, stimulating rooting and improving the colouring of young plant tissues. This formulation, like all those in the GELACTIVE FLAKES line, allows for a reduction of approximately 15-20% in application doses compared to a conventional pellet formulation, thanks to its improved agronomic efficiency.
