GELACTIVE NP 5-12 FLAKES is one of the new formulations born in our research centre in collaboration with universities, thanks to the development of our new patented process technology GEL ACTIVE FOAM®. This technology, acting on pressures and temperatures during the production process, particularly in the thermobaric hydrolysis phase, allows the protein molecule to release regular fractions of amino acid chains, ensuring a more regular release of organic protein nitrogen, further enhanced by the physical form of flakes measuring approximately 2 mm. GELACTIVE NP 5-12 FLAKES is an organo-mineral NP fertiliser formulated with high quality organic matrices and organic nitrogen capable of ensuring a gradual and constant release of the nutrients throughout the entire crop cycle. Moreover, the phosphates present are protected against insolubilisation processes, providing a progressive availability of the phosphorus in synergy with the calcium (CaO), which contribute to the improvement of the soil structure. GELACTIVE NP 5-12 FLAKES particularly suitable for pre- sowing fertilisation of autumn–winter cereals, and for the planting stages of orchards, vineyards, other tree crops and spring sown arable crops. This formulation, like all those in the GELACTIVE FLAKES line, allows for a reduction of approximately 15-20% in application doses compared to a conventional pellet formulation, thanks to its improved agronomic efficiency.
