GELACTIVE NPK 8-5-6 C FLAKES is one of the new formulations born in our research centre in collaboration with universities, thanks to the development of our new patented process technology GEL ACTIVE FOAM®. This technology, acting on pressures and temperatures during the production process, particularly in the thermobaric hydrolysis phase, allows the protein molecule to release regular fractions of amino acid chains, ensuring a more regular release of organic protein nitrogen, further enhanced by the physical form of flakes measuring approximately 2 mm. GELACTIVE NPK 8-5-6 C FLAKES is an organo-mineral NPK fertiliser obtained through a reaction between mineral components and organic protein matrices. The formulation is characterised by organic nitrogen with slow mineralisation derived from scleroproteins, combined with a portion of synthetic nitrogen and significant amounts of phosphorus and potassium. The balanced ratio of nutrients ensures a gradual and constant release, which makes the product particularly suitable for nutrition of vines and fruit trees, in post-harvest or spring fertilisation, even in grassed systems. GELACTIVE NPK 8-5-6 C FLAKES is also suitable for basal fertilisation of herbaceous crops: a light pre-sowing incorporation promotes the mineralisation of organic matter. Its high agronomic efficiency, due to its organic nitrogen and organic matter content, combined with a competitive price/quality ratio, allows the product to be a valid alternative to conventional mineral fertilisers. This formulation, like all those in the GELACTIVE FLAKES line, allows for a reduction of approximately 15- 20% in application doses compared to a conventional pellet formulation, thanks to its improved agronomic efficiency.
