OrganFe 6% is a soluble iron chelate in microcrystalline form, chelated by the EDDHA molecule, and is the ideal solution for the prevention and treatment of iron chlorosis. It has a high concentration of EDDHA-chelated iron in the two isomeric forms, ortho-ortho and ortho-para, at 4.8% and 1.2% respectively. The ortho-ortho isomer has a long- term effect, regenerating chelating capacity—that is, protecting the iron from becoming insoluble and releasing the iron already naturally present in the soil. The ortho-para isomer, on the other hand, has a faster effect, providing the plant with the iron it needs in a timely manner. OrganFe 6% is recommended for resolving iron chlorosis issues under the most challenging conditions, particularly in calcareous and/or alkaline soils which exacerbate iron immobilisation.
