STALFERT TOP N 2.5 BIO ACTIVE N is a high quality substrate derived exclusively from bovine and equine manure not originating from industrial farms, and from selected vegetable matrices permitted in organic farming. The new formulation contains Bacillus pseudomycoides, strain 1901, a nitrogen-fixing microorganism with high root colonisation and environmental adaptation capacity. The strain used is active in a wide range of pH (4.5-9) and temperatures (0-45°), tolerates high salinity (>4%), and develops rapidly even in suboptimal conditions. This bacterium mainly acts by increasing the amount of nitrogen available to the roots and promoting its absorption. Thanks to its co-formulation with humified organic matrices and selected microbial consortium, STALFERT TOP N 2.5 BIO ACTIVE N improves the structure, biological fertility and microbiological functionality of the soil, resulting in ideal conditions for restoring poor soils and allowing plants to synthesise 30 to 50 units of N per hectare, while reducing chemical inputs and nutrition costs.
